The image you posted is exactly the same I see when I try to connect. I can see and connect to server in my PC and mobile so Network shoud be fine. I reboot PSM, reinstall PSM, reboot my NAS, reboot my router, delete PSM from my account… Nothing works and still having the same issue. When trying to claim shows me and error of Plex was unable to connect with my account (but I’m on my account) and that’s it.
My only option at this point is change to another Media server. I install Emby on my NAS and all works fine from 1st minute. Thank you for your support and bye Plex
