Unable to claim server

I am new to Plex and have set up Plex Media Player on my Terramaster NAS drive running TOS 6.0 but when accessing this it does not allow me to claim the server. I have tried to find solutions to this, but everything seems to go over my head and I can’t find simplified instructions on how to claim the server which I am trying to do using the Plex Media Server web interface.

Is anyone able to help with easy to follow and understandable fix

What happens when you go to http://[Local Plex Media Server IP Address]:32400/web

All fixed now, I reinstalled the operating system (TOS) and now claimed the server.
