Unable to Claim Server on Terramaster NAS

Server Version#: 1.32.1.6999

Everything has been working fine for the last 12mths. Plex said i wasn’t authorised, so fresh install and now i cant claim my server:

Try accessing the server locally.
If you are on the PLEX server type http://127.0.0.1:32400/web into the address bar. If PLEX is on another device on your LAN type http://server.local.ip.address:32400/web into the address bar (e.g. “http://192.168.1.5:32400/web”). This will verify the web app is present. If it isn’t, complete the setup. Check Settings>> Authorized Devices and see if your server (or the old one [delete it]) if it is you might need to log off the PLEX server and reclaim it.

Evening, its on my terramaster nas, so can’t. I only access it via its local IPAddress not via app.plex…

Even removing auth’d devices hasn’t helped

I have even tried claiming it via my firetv, no joy.

Anyone else that has this with a Terramaster NAS. I did the following:

  1. Goto GitHub - uglymagoo/plex-claim-server
  2. Download the bash file
  3. Open the File Manage in the TNAS console
  4. Open File Manager
  5. Drag and drop it into the root of your user folder
  6. SSH into the NAS
  7. chmod +x plex-claim-server.sh
  8. Make sure your logged into plex, so your credentials are cached
  9. Copy your claim code - https://www.plex.tv/claim/
  10. run ./plex-claim-server.sh “claim-BlahdeBlahdeBlah”
  11. Refresh the browser, goto the dashboard and it should be all clear.
