Unable to completely uninstall Plex on Nas Synology DS918+

Since the last update with Plex didn’t work, I tried to uninstall completely Plex from my Synology DS918+, in order to re-install it.

As ChuckPa suggest in an other topic, I have correctly done :

  1. Uninstall the app in Package Center
  2. Control Panel - Users - Delete user - Plex
  3. Control Panel - Shared Folders - Delete the Plex share.

But I still have an error message with “port 32400”. Some people told me to install it using Docker.

What is your suggestion ?

Thank you !
Jules

Thank you ! !

After rebooting my NAS, the installation was done but when I open Plex, nothing happened. I have “about:blank” in url and then “waiting time exceed” message.

And when I reach Plex with my url (setup with reverse-proxy), my server doesn’t showed up.

I don’t understand what happend. I downloaded and installed the Intel-64bit version of the Plex Media Server (is that correct ?).

Did everything. I’m at home connected to the same network !

EDIT : my bad, I forgot the /web in the url

http://YOUR_NAS_IP_ADDRESS:32400/web` lead only to an XML tree, at step 1. and at step 5. when I try to reach Plex.

It works <3

Thank you so much ! Do you think I can add the reverse-proxy again ?

Will do !

Again, thank you !
