Cant start up Plex after installation

Hi,

I’m a totally newbie to NAS and Plex. I have just bought a DS218+ and have installed Plex from the package center. When I go to installed apps I cant open Plex. The squared box doesn’t say “open” as it does on the other apps installed. It only says “installed” When I click on the Plex logo it says “running” and I can only choose to stop it or remove it.
I have also tried to download Plex manually from the Plex website but the result is the same.
What am I doing wrong?

When the Plex Media Server on your Synology is running, you can directly address it using the IP address of the DS218+.

URL should look like this: https://ds218+ip-address:32400/web

After completing the setup wizard you should also be able to access the server through https://app.plex.tv/desktop
