After updating the Plex media server on Debian 11, the service status from terminal seems like it is active and running, but server is not working at all, it isn’t being detected by any player and cannot access to localhost via web interface from any browser.
Help!
you can’t go to http://LocalIP:32400/web? where LocalIP is the LAN ip of your server? can you share server logs?
Indeed I can’t, I double checked the IP address is correctly typed but it is, any browser I’m trying sends me the message the URL cannot be connected.
I have a log named Plex Tuner Service.log

Make a tar.gz of the Plex Media Server/Logs directory and attach it ?
Sure, here it is, but I think the problem is the Preferences.xml file being completely empty for some reason after update
