I am hoping that someone can help me out. This morning I updated my Plex Server to the most recent update and afterwards I could not access to the server. When I try to access the server via a browser I get an error that the server “Plex is not reachable”, and this trying directly from the server. I am using the local IP Address of 127.0.01 that I have used for years and after this recent update I can no longer access the web page. I have searched around for ideas, but nothing is solving the issue.
I have also verified that I have internet access to the server.

Is it running ? if windows, check windows task manager to see Plex Media Server.exe is running
Try again with http://localhost:32400/web and try with different browsers and get screenshots (showing urll and time) and then look for the logs and take a copy of the directory and zip the copy and attach with the screenshots
For windows, the logs folder should be here (default location) C:\users\xxxxxxxxx\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server\Logs
