A newly installed server was started at
Jul 24, 2025 19:43:08.606 [8332] DEBUG - "C:\Program Files\Plex\Plex Media Server\Plex Media Server.exe"
and then just after 4 minutes running, it was ordered to shut down again:

When did you try to open http://127.0.0.1:32400/web ?
Before, or after that last time stamp?
i tried opening the web ui before shutting down the server, i shut it down just before zipping the log files.
What kind of web browser are you using? Are there any browser add-ins installed?
When you try to access the URL, check if the Plex icon is still present in your task tray. Move you rmouse pointer over it, to see if it stays there (if it vanishes, it means the server has crashed, or was closed by something on your computer.)
i tried firefox and edge, tried disabling my vpn and turned off ublock to no avail. i also did make sure it was running before trying to connect, the icon stays put when i mouseover. i read some other threads with similar problems and tried those fixes (i opened the port and used the actual physical address instead of localhost)
