Unable to connect Apple TV 3 after router switch

Ok, So I my airport extreme yesterday and now I am unable to get plexconnect to work again.  I seleted and reinstalled plex on the Windows PC it is Running on. I have attempted to generate and install certs twice now.  I am unable to install the cert under "send data to apple" only through usb. I am a little lost, not sure what to try next. Hopefully I am just overlooking something with an IP address.

  • Ensure you post your 'PlexConnect.log' file to pastebin and post the link ('PlexConnect.log' is located in your PlexConnect folder). If possible, follow these steps to create a "more detailed fresh" one 07:39:04 PlexConnect: started: 07:39:04

The problem is the up change. Remove or change the ip_pms = 192.168.178.10 to the ip where the plex media server is installed.

updated setting.cfg  and still no access.   Do I need to create new certs?

Did you remove the old profile from theATV? It sounds like a certificate issue

Yes, I have removed and installed the certs three times.  Would a restore on the ATV help out?

Are you sure about the IP of your PlexConnect machine? Did you set it correctly in aTV settings? As long as you can NOT see any DNS requests in the logs, it's not the certs. Moste likely it's the IPs, network connection, or firewalls...

Is your desktop hosting plex and plexconnect plugged into the lan and your atv3 via wifi? If so I have seen some routers that actually block traffic between them, especially if you use a guest network.
