New router, new static IP. ATV can no longer connect to plexconnect (cannot add certificate, other apps cannot go online either). I have tried the following with no avail:
- change DNS server in ATV to new plexconnect static IP
When you go to network settings on the aTV you can select the wired or wireless interface, you need to make sure the DNS is correct on the interface you are using (you stated wireless) maybe post a pic of the aTV network setting screen

Ok, then the next thing is windows firewall, did you put exceptions to allow Python to access the 3 ports (80,443,53)? Although it’s strange this might be the issue just for a new router). But maybe the network is being identified as public or something on the windows PC?

that was it! for some reason there were two python entries in the firewall, one was allowed in private and one on public networks. Allowed both on both and now it worked.
