Unable to connect my Plex account to my Sonos

When selecting plex in the ‘add another account’ I’m greeted with a “please check your network connection” as if it is offline. Attempting to add any other type of service works flawlessly and I’m sure the sonos have internet access since it’s playing online radio…

I have the sonos bridge connected directly to my modem. What am I doing wrong?

You are doing nothing wrong. There is some server in the cloud that Sonos tries to connect to that is down at the moment, although according to https://status.plex.tv/ everything is fine (it’s not).

So just wait a few hours and try again.

Just started working again for me now. I hope we can get an explanation for the approx six hours of downtime. It seems to me there could be better monitoring of the service, since it seems nobody is catching it when it is not working.

Totally agree. Some form of monitoring would seem sensible. There is nothing about Sonos in the status page at status.plex.tv

it seems like it should be easy. Last night https://sonos.plex.tv was returning a 503 Error. Now its a 404, which would suggest something has been fixed.
