You need remote access working. Is this working via ‘Settings - Remote Access’ or ‘Custom server access URLs’? If so try logging the server out under ‘Settings - General - Sign Out button’ then reclaim the server.

Remote access tab shows “Fully accessible outside your network”. I’ll try the sign-out/in.

Sign out, then reclaim made no difference.

Hmm, weird. I dunno maybe you do need the cert reset. I would think it would be re-issued when logging back in.

Huh. Well… I may have tried a lot of times and fairly often. I’ve also disconnected/re-connected my server from my account. I was really trying hard to get it working :confused:

Shut down your server for a moment, please. Wait 10 minutes, then restart it.
