Unable to connect to "<server name>" securely - behind NGINX reverse proxy

Server Version#: 1.19.4.2935
Player Version#: 4.30.2

I have a plex server running on Ubuntu 18.04. On the last Plex Media Server upgrade, it appears that I broke the ability to access my media when loading the Plex Media Server via Organizr and my NGINX reverse proxy. In other words, instead of accessing the Plex server on -ip address-:32400, I access it with something like domain.com/plex. If I load it directly with the IP, everything works. But when I load it via the reverse proxy, it throws an error saying that it’s unable to connect to “-server name-” securely. My Organizr web interface is encrypted, but I don’t have any way to connect to my plex server via NGINX via https (that I know of) which is I’m assuming what’s breaking it. With that said, there must’ve been a change on the Plex Media Server software that now checks it differently, because this has been working for weeks.

Any thoughts?

Bump - does anyone know how to connect to plex over https, that would be the first thing I’d like to do in order to troubleshoot further.

Bump again - any help here? Looks like this might’ve been a change around resolving some known vulnerabilities. I think if I can just setup NGINX to connect to Plex over SSL this should fix itself.

Any Plex support staff on this thing?

Could you post your NGiNX config? Or a least the relevant parts of it?

Also, what does your Plex network settings section look like?
