Unable to create a photo library

Hello I am a novice when it comes to technology. Somehow I figured out how to post a question. Please do not ban me if I have posted my question in the wrong category.

I have mycloud home installed at my house server where I save all my Movies, TV Shows etc so I can use Plex on all the house TVs to access the media.
I just updated my Plex software online as there was an update pending and since then all my data became unavailable on all the devices.

Now I downloaded the Plex Media Server plugin again, which apparently had been disabled after the new update.

Since then I added all the data again into new libraries. But i cannot create a photos library. It says the changes are not saved. How do i get past this error?

I have Windows 10.
Im using Plex Web Version 4.82.1

I didn’t know how to create a new post. And yours seemed similar to my issue.
