Can't create Photos Library on WD MyCloud Mirror Plex Media Server "Couldn't create section" Error

I set up Plex successfully on my WD MyCloud Mirror and also updated to the latest release as stated above. Serving my local Video Library works just fine.

I have one issue though: PMS won’t create a Photos Library under any circumstances. Any other Library type works, just not Poto Library.
The Log states the following command and error:

[Req#c851] Library: Couldn’t create section: ‘language’ is invalid

I couldn’t find anything on this issue on the web or this forum. Any help is highly appreciated!
