Unable to Delete Collection (unRaid)

Hi,

I recently update my Plex Media Server (official Plex docker) docker to Version 4.53.0 and it broke my library. I decided to re-build my library and it’s created some collections which I want to delete (I don’t want collection for all types of media).

I keep getting the " There was a problem deleting this item.". No idea why it’s doing this. There is no media in the collection. Media deletion is turned on. I don’t believe there’s anything which is stopping this. I’ve restarted the docker - not difference or change.

Does anyone have any views on what the problem could be and how can I delete these collections?

Would really appreciate any support here.

Yup, it’s a known bug in the current version. Should be fixed in the next one:

I posted about the same issue 9 days ago and have been waiting the for the firmware update. However, I received and updated my Qnap to the new 1.22.2 firmware (Beta Version) this morning and still can not delete empty collection folders. I will wait to see if others still have the issue or it is fixed in the Public Release.
