Unable to direct connect while in LAN

Server Version#: Version 1.18.9.2578
Player Version#: Plex for LG 4.29.2 / webOS 4.7.0

Unable to direct connect with any devices, mobile phones, PS4, LG TV, even the same laptop the plex server is running on, happened 2 days ago overnight.

I have already restarted my devices and router, double checked IP’s and plex settings on all devices. Also uninstalled my plex server, deleted all cache and preferences and library database, then install a fresh plex server.

Logs uploaded of me turning on my plex server, connecting through…

https://app.plex.tv/desktop#
http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html

both links on my laptop and also trying to connect with my TV. Almost every time its an indirect connection or insecure connection resulting in plex having to transcode everything being played.

Now im unable to connect to my server on any device except on mt laptop thats running the server and through http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html

Using the app.plex link shows the green lock secure icon next to my server but i also get the message " Your connection to the web app is not secure." When i reload securely i am then unable to access the server through app.plex link.

Also all other devices, TV’s, laptops are not able to connect and cant find my server anymore. I can ping all devices from my laptop so they are all on the same subnet, secure connection is set to preferred in server settings, already did a factory reset of my router.

Not sure what else i can do now :frowning:

I’ve the same problem.
I’ve try to reconnect the TV with a new PIN but doesn’t work. Bah, the PIN was ok but the Plex web said that no server available.

I was finally able to figure it out, windows had a big update a couple days ago for me on their insider update channel. Which set my PC as non-discoverable and windows treats a non-discoverable computer as a “Public” computer so my network connection was set to public instead of private, thus any firewall settings i set for plex on windows, avast and my router were moot. Turning on discoverability and changing network profile to Private, i can now connect with my tv and devices just fine
