Unable to download on iPhone app

I am unable to download any media using the Plex app for iOS. It just says “Unable to queue download.” I have tried restarting both my server and the phone and app, with no changes to the behavior.

I had been trying out Tailscale on my server PC and was using it with another program, but I think it may be causing this issue. I have since uninstalled the app from my PC and iPhone (and rebooted both), but cannot get the downloads to work.

Did you get any solution to this? On my iPhone some old things say “migrated”. But any new content just straight fails.

No, and it really sucks, because I’d use the downloads feature multiple times a week!

The app is becoming ass recently.

To make matters even more frustrating, I share the server with a friend who has the same model iPhone, and he can download with no issues. And my iPad does just fine. :enraged_face: :man_facepalming:

Just tried once again to reset the cache in the app (Settings > Advanced > Reset cache), and downloads are working now!

I tried that before, so there must have been some other issue that has been resolved since.
