My tablet is a few years old now and I’ve just updated it (version 9.0.5.31871) but I can’t seem to download anything to it (have a lifetime pass). I have 10gb of space so that’s not the issue. I don’t even get any error message. When I click on the download icon nothing happens. Any idea why it isn’t working?
When I go in to my settings on my tablet and select ‘Downloads’ I see that my storage limit says ‘downloads won’t use more than 4.9gb’ and when I click on storage limit it’s set at 0.2gb and I can’t increase this. Under ‘Storage location’ it says 0.00kb in use / 0.00kb available.
