Download menu options

Hi all. When I look at the download menu options I’m seeing the following:

• Storage limit (downloads won’t use more than 4.9gb) - and when I click on this menu the storage limit is set to 0.2gb and I can’t scroll to increase this.
• Storage location (0.00kb in use / 0.00kb available - when I click on this menu the internal storage is 8gb free

Should I be able to change the below? I ask as I can’t download a single thing to my tablet.

Thanks. Attached some screenshots so hopefully that helps. For some reason it no longer says ‘downloads won’t use more than 4.9gb’ however.

Thanks. Can you send me your Android logs? Looks like the app is having trouble calculating the free space.

Got the logs. The app is trying to use OS api calls but they are failing. Are you running the official OS for that device? There could be issues with custom ROMs.

Yeah running the official OS for that tablet. I thought it might have to do with the tablet being a few years old but I think the latest update meets the Plex requirements.

Thanks. It’s odd that we are getting an OS level error for a device running an official ROM. I will forward this to the team and see what they say.

Actually, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Looks like your app may still be trying to run some old Sync code.

I was sure I reinstalled it recently but just did it there and it now works. Thanks for your help!
