Hello not sure if I’m asking in the correct section, but whenever I try to download the PMS Synology update either directly or on the website, it downloads half of the file (within a second) and then freezes. Then it either says it’ll take 15 days to finish downloading or it says “Network error”. I’ve tried downloading it on Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. My network is fine and I get 1000mbps download speeds. Anyone else experiencing this issue?9
I’m actually having the same issue. All my devices are functioning normally, its only trying to download the server update that seems to be having issues.
