When I visit the server downloads page on your new site and select Synology (Apps & Devices > Servers Option > Synology Option) and then press the download button, I can’t directed to a 404 page which states “All right, move on! Nothing to see here!”, a background picture from a Naked Gun Film or Police Squad TV Episode and an option to go back to the Home page.
Previously when I selected the download button on your old site, I was given a list of options as to which Platform architecture my Synology NAS was.
Please help, I got a lifetime Plex Pass because your software works great on all my devices, NAS, iMac, iPad, iPhone, Smart TV, etc and would hate to think your are dropping support for some of these devices
After you have been forwarded to this page, place your mouse cursor into the address bar of your web browser and press Enter.
I have reported this to the people responsible for the page.
Another thing to try is to close the web browser, wait a few seconds and then try again.
There was a change at the server side and it might be some old data lurking in the cache of your web browser.
I have tried both pressing enter after placing my mouse cursor in the address page and also deleted the history on my browser, restarted and and tried again. I even tried accessing it using Chrome which I rarely use and never use for the Plex site, therefore there would not be any old data lurking.
I can for the time being perform the updates using the update button within the app on my NAS installation, it’s just I always like to keep a copy of the last two installers.
Thanks for your response, hope you guys can fix it soon.
