Unable to enable plex in WD myCloud

Player Version#:windows
i have the WD myCloud. (single)
when trying to enable plex on it - i get this message.

get “http:\localhost:32400/myplex/pinRedirect” dial tcp 127.0.0.1:32400 connect connection refused

been working great till yesterday…
Please help.
