Hello
I updated to the latest version of PLEX and now it no longer loads on MY CLOUD HOME.
When I click on the “CONFIGURE” link it tries to take me to:

But it then tells me that the “page is not working”.
I have included photos.
I can not connect to my library via my laptop, cellphone, or TV.
What do I do to fix this issue?

Try using http://[WD MyCloud IP address]:32400/web instead to see if that makes a difference.
