I am suddenly unable to see my server files - at all. I can’t even get a prompt to “claim” the server. A total picnic problem. Thx

- PMS version
- Manually created ZIP file of the “Logs” directory from PMS if you can get to them.
If you can’t claim the server, are you using:
- Quick Connect link?
- A FQDN ?
- App.plex.tv ?
DSM v7.01-42218
PMS version 1.27.0.5849
Not sure how to access the Logs directory.
I’m only using app.plex.tv
