Problems Claiming Server

I am having trouble claiming my server on a Synology 1812+ running DSM 6.2.4.-25556 Update 6. When I try to claim it, the icon cycles for a while and then gives me the option to claim it.

I am using Player Version#: 1.18.5.2309-f513a238, which is the last version supported on the 1812+.

Can you please make a ZIP file of the Logs directory under Plex → Plex Media Server → Logs ?

FYI you have verbose logging enabled, please only do that when explicitly requested to do so. When enabled logs fill up extremely fast, and useful data gets purged out of the logs.

Looking at your logs Im seeing a HTTP 408 error. There are multiple requests to the plex website that are timing out. Are you using a VPN on the plex host?

Sorry about that. I turned off verbose logging and got the debug logs.

Plex and the videos are on a Synology 1812+. It is plugged into a router that my desktop computer is also plugged into. I access the Synology on a webpage locally and then open Plex from its plugin on my Synology. I do usually have a VPN, but I disconnected it and retried with the same result.
