I filled out the form for Android beta about two weeks ago. I never received the email, but it looks like I can enter the Android TV beta on the Play Store, but not the Android mobile beta. Did I do something wrong? How can I get into the PMP Android mobile beta?
Users are typically added when the next beta version is out. If the current 7.12.x beta came out before you applied, you’ll need to wait until 7.13.x beta is released to be added in.
The Android TV and mobile betas are the same. You automatically get added to both. Looking at your account, I don’t see that you’ve been added to either yet so I’m not sure how you can access the Android TV beta.
I submitted the request many months ago, and I never got a followup. I forgot about it. About a week or so ago, I renewed my request, having also completed step 2.
At no point does Plex show up in my list of Beta apps through Google Play.
What do you recommend? Is there a method by which I can verify that I’m actually in the queue to get the beta update?

Plex will not show up as a Beta app. That’s a different type of beta program.
I checked your account and you have been added to the Plex Beta program. Visit https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.plexapp.android and make sure you are in the program.
Edit - Looks like you’ve been in the program for years. Double check that link above.

I thought that I was in the beta program, but my recollection of that was that it was via a different process in the past, and I remember previously installing a separate version of the app. So after the process/mechanism changed, I lost track of whether I was really in it. I figured that the frequent app updates were just a function of your prolific and efficient engineers!
What’s the best way to provide app feedback (eg, bug reports, feature requests)? Just a thread in the forums?
