Unable to link my PS4 Plex App to my account code stays up from 1-3 seconds

I have been trying for over an hour to get my Plex app on my PS4 to link with my account.

The code pops up on the PS4 (and I’m not exaggerating) for 1-3 seconds then says “The code has expired”, in the few times I’ve actually managed to read the code and get it entered in on my PC in the few seconds given the website (plex.tv/link) says it worked, but then the PS4 only gives me the option to Refresh the code… for the 300th time.

I’m not sure how, why, or if the 3 second time limit is intentional but it’s insane and has prevented me from using my PS4. Can anyone please tell me how the hell I’m supposed to read the code, and enter it into my PC’s web browser and hit Enter in 1-3 seconds and that doesn’t include the 1-3 seconds that the page then takes to read the code… I need help and I honestly cant find a way to get this working.

I’ve tried Stopping the application and deleted it and re-downloaded the app on the PS4.

The issue has been resolved. Everything is working as expected.

I can confirm the issue is now resolved and I was able to link my PS4 App via the web code.
