Hi.
I opened the plex app on my ps4 this evening and was told I needed to sign in with the app once again. I am asked to generate a 4 digit code and enter it into the plext.tv/link page. Unfortunately, the 4 digit code only stays onscreen for about 3 seconds before disappearing, and I am told ‘oops, that didn’t work, try again’ and am asked to regenerate the code. This happens over and over again, before I can even try to enter the code anywhere.
Any ideas what’s going on?
Just installed PLEX on my new PS4 and exact same issue. Yet another PLEX disappointment. WHy do I even bother trying to give it more chances. It will never work properly and most importantly easy for the users.
Update: the diagnostic is defined as “Paris,” whatever that means.

I am able to connect and see my movies from Win10 app and in my browser as well, but PS4 just doesn’t work.
I liked it when it didn’t want complicated pins, web logins and other crazy stuff only to connect to my local server which is one router away (and one shelf distance on my TV table). This is just ridiculous. I guess I will be using the PS4 Media Player for now.
I’ve been using Plex on my PS4 for over a year now without any problems. But yesterday it suddenly stopped working. And after a reinstall it now needs a new sign in. And the same symptom happens to me.
A 4 digit code is generated but after 3-4 seconds it dissapears and says “Ooops, that didn’t work!”

A quick fix for this issue would be great!
