Unable to link to the title or service - Criterion Channel

Hello everyone,

I’m running an iPhone SE 2, latest stable iOS, with all apps updated.

I just started using the services integration in the discover tab, and I’m really excited to try it with the Criterion Channel here in Canada. That said, though it does correctly show all the different movies that are available, when I click (for example) on Vampyr (1932), it simply says “unable to link to the title or service”. I’m signed in on my Criterion Channel app, and it works fine there. This also works just fine on the desktop.

Any help or tips would be appreciated!
