I managed to lock myself out of my account and I think I ended up getting temporarily IP banned as well? I couldn’t log in to Plex because I recently had changed my password but the new password wasn’t working. I then reset my password though it didn’t work (it seems) because I still couldn’t log in with the new info, which ended up getting my account locked. After unlocking my account I logged in with the new password successfully, so I tried logging in to the server to claim it but I keep getting a pop-up saying that “User could not be authenticated” and then “you may be having trouble logging in from this IP.”
Problem first appeared on July 31st, so the temporary IP block shouldn’t still be there right? The forums say temporary IP ban only lasts a few hours so I thought maybe if I wait it’ll just resolve itself.
