How to unblock a "temporarily blocked" IP address

I have a static ip and every time I try to sign in, I get a message saying that my IP address is temporarily blocked (I even had to use a cell phone with WiFi turned off to log into this forum so that I could post this)!!!

I’ve already waited a couple of hours and it’s still not working. There isn’t even a message to let me know how long this ridiculous block will last!

As a Plex Pass user, this is really unacceptable. I understand the desire to prevent malicious activities, but there needs to be a way for a user to validate himself!!! (As it is, I got an email about a locked account which I clicked and validated—which is an acceptable precaution—but then why the block now?!)

Side note: this came because I have been trying to log into Plex for Apple TV a number of times with no luck. I have been using my user and password (the same ones I just used right now to log in!) and it kept telling me incorrect password. That was incredibly frustrating to begin with, but this is now just a whole new level of frustrating.

Again, there needs to be a way for a paid user to unblock his ip address, or at the very least to easily get in touch with support in cases like this.

I’ve manually unblock your IP if it hasn’t already unblocked itself.

My account is blocked as well. Could you look into it? I use a cloud server so the IP address is shared among many user.
