I used Plex many years and trying to reinstall on a new Windows 10 PC. Trying to run Plex for Tivo to use with my Bolt.
I was able to update my Plex online account. However, when I run the download and attempt to login I am getting error message.
“username or password is incorrect”
However, I know this information is correct.
Any idea on how I can resolve this?
