Can't login to Plex account

When I try to login to my Plex account I get the error “User could not be authenticated.”
I’m sure the password is correct since I use a password manager.

When I try to reset my password via “Forget Password?” I never get an email to reset it.

Does anyone have anymore ideas to fix this problem?

It is, yes.
This is a temporary account I use for guests.
