Unable to login to PMS after resetting password

Coming here for help after seeing the breach email and needing to change my plex password.
But it hasn’t gone well Unfortunately.

Changed it and ticked the box for “sign out of all devices”

I currently have no access locally or external remote access to my server after resetting my password.

I can log in fine via Mobile(IOS) through the plex app but as no media content is available.

I get the following error window when I try and log in locally to my PMS with the new password. Has anyone come across this same message?

The username or password is incorrect.

Could someone from the tech team help me with this or reset my main account password as Plex employee, dane22, pointed out in the Reddit thread?

I can’t do this myself because when I try reset password, email never appears in my inbox.
