Cannot logon to plex server after password reset

Last night all my managed users stopped working, so I decided to reset my password and log out all devices. Something went wrong because I cannot logon at all, with the old or new password.

If I use forgot password then the email never arrived. Been waiting almost 4 hours and nothing yet. I tried 3 times, checked junk email, and even did a trace on exchange.

I need some help to fix this.

It’s been 17 hours and I still haven’t received a password reset email, I tried again at 8.25 CAT and did not receive anything still.

Is it possible for anyone @plex able to check my account status?

Interestingly I got another plex user to go through the forgot password process, and their email was received almost immediately.
