Unable to Open PMS : http://127.0.0.1:32400

PMS had been working satisfactory for quite sometime, then issue with playback (Samsung TV with App on local network) was becoming increasingly slower and having to buffer every approx. 60secs. The would just froze. Had played several different file types in past and all worked fine. Now nothing

Uninstalled and reinstalled PMS now can’t even access http://127.0.0.1:32400 can’t find server.

Have tried resetting router, firewall exclusions and anything else suggested in forums and web

???

the icon is in the task bar but when I dble click it comes up with the

I tried your https suggestion and same result

Tried Edge and Chrome (both have worked in the past)
