Unable to Play from Remote Server

I can see internal servers, on my local network. But I have one that I host at my office.

My LG TV shows and is able to play local content, but stats that the external servers are offline. I have three other people that have given me access to view. They all show offline as well.

LG WebOS TV OLED65B8PUA - Software Version 05.30.10
Plex Version 2.2.0 Updated on 3/17/2020

Started happening at the end of January 2021.

  1. Removed app
  2. Disabled IVP6
  3. Turned quick start off on
  4. Forced new IP on TV
  5. Reinstalled app
  6. Signed in
  7. Tested on Samsung TV - Works with remote and local
  8. Tested with Apple TV - works with remote and local

Any suggestions?
