Unable to play media after pausing/stopping and continuing

Server Version#: 1.31.1.6782 (Synology Nas DS920+)
Player Version#: 9.17.0.38861 (2019 Shield tv Pro)

I have a sports recording where I watched about 90 minutes and then paused the video, and exiting the app. I come back after a few minutes and select the video to continue watching I get the following error:

An error occrued while attempting to play this video. Please check your connection and try again.

every other videos work, but this recording and another recording are no longer working when it was working before. I have attached player log when attempting to play the video and when it shows the same above error message.

Same issue since version 9.16 on Nvidia Shield Tv Pro. Nothing from the developers.

I manage to do more sport recordings and have been working. Maybe it was a bad recording or corrupted file.
