Unable to play media error

Yesterday i was gonna watch an episode in 4k HDR on my Nvidia Shield Pro and i could because it was always giving me the error unable to play media. I could not play anything in 4k HDR but in Full HD it works fine.
I have not changed anything and the player on the Shield is updated and also yesterday i updated the Plex Server to latest version. Tought that was the problem so i downgraded to previous version but still have the same problem.
Is there a solution?
Lately Plex is getting worse with it’s bugs.

can you provide detailed info about the file you are trying to play, how everything on your system is connected, the android logs, possibly a sample file

They are both connected by cable on gigabyte network. On my phone or Samsung tv Plex app it works fine but on the Nvidia Shield Pro i can’t play any movie or TV Show in 4K HDR MKV file. It is in direct play mode with no conversion and it worked before (a few days ago) just fine.
My PC that has the Plex Server app installed can’t even play 4K HDR too now it says that it doesn’t have enough capacity and i would like to know how a 5800X with 32GB of RAM and a RTX 2070 Super is not enough to play 4K HDR.
What the hell is happening with your software?

Also how do i attach files here for the sample?

I have this issue also. My 4K movie plays, however there are pixel flashing at the top of the screen, subtitles and play progress bar and buttons seem to be hidden. Nothing pops up when I fast forward or play/pause. It’s almost like a layer is covering the picture and the subtitles and the interface bar is hidden behind it.
