I have been testing Plex for some time, I am having a problem.
I set up 2 Plex servers on synology nas and I shared the libraries.
To play my videos, I use my freebox with the built-in DLNA player.
When I go to “Shared video”, I can see the shared media, but as soon as I start playing, the video does not start.
I also tested with vlc from my Apple TV, vlc on my Iphone, vlc on Amazon fire stick and I have the same problem.
Can you help me ?

The two nas are not on the same network.
The 1st is on my local network.
The 2nd is on a remote connection.
Plex server is installed directly on the nas with the synology package. (PlexMediaServer-1.21.2.3943-a91458577-x86_64.spk)
The DLNA server is well activated and functional. Local video playback works in DLNA.
It’s that shared videos that doesn’t work.
In the dashboard of the remote server, the reading appears and disappears immediately.
I ran the tests again around 10 p.m., I am giving you the logs of the 2 servers and a video of the Plex dashboard and vlc with dlna.

Unfortunately, I did not see a plex client for my “freebox delta” player plugged into my tv.
Too bad, I thought that my local plex server would have made the gateway for the DLNA to my player.
I’m looking for a way to access the remote server from my player.

I continue my tests.
If my 2 plex servers are attached to the same plex account, the videos from my remote server appear in the “Remote video” folder and playback works from my freebox in DLNA.
In the photo, we see the dlna reading with the remote ip on the plex dashboard.
I think there is a bug when we attach each server with 2 different plex accounts.
