TV DLNA Player vs Plex

Hello,

i have a problem with a 2160p movie.

I have Plex Server(latest version) installed on Synology 214play.
I’m using a Panasonic ez950.

If i go on Plex and select that movie it does not work.
If i go on DLNA from my Panasonic and select that movie, it works.

I have tried many settings but Plex does not work with that movie.
I do not know why, because my TV can play that movie directly from my nas.

There is a solution? I love Plex UI.

Ok,
i’ll try to correct the errors as you suggest!

THANK YOU for your time, i will do now a clean reinstall of plex.
I thought that the problem was that the tv can play the file, and Plex-Nas no.
