The three dot menu that controls pin order is nearly impossible to select in mobile browsers. Because it is strangely hidden behind a hover action.
Also, the other three dot menu does not present the same options.
So users have to resort to native apps or find a desktop computer to reorder pins.
Or buy a mobile compatible mouse.
