Unable to retrieve service provider details during Live TV & DVR setup up

I have the Plex Pass license

Setting up a new Windows PC as a Plex Media Server. When trying to add the HD Home Run has a Live TV & DVR it is unable to provide a list of service providers to chose from. Which then causes PMS to prompt for XMLTV guide configuration vs using EPG.

I have tried many different zip codes in the USA and none of them return a list of service providers to chose from.

I checked the service status and it does not list any current plex cloud service outages.

The HD Home run is seen by Plex, and is also working outside of plex. The issue in adding it to Plex is the inability to find the program guide

Issue self resolved. I de-installed Bit defender anti-virus software and rebooted the PC. I am not sure which of the two steps resolved it as they happened at the same time.
