Unable to save DVR on Windows 10

Newbie here.
I had Plex and its program guide set up to to work with an HDHomeRun Flex 4k tuner.
The only way I found to hide channels was to delete the DVR, edit the channel list and create a new one.
When I try to save the DVR, it says “There was a problem saving your DVR. Please try again.”.
I’ve tried uninstalling the server and client to no avail.

I’m may just go with the HDHomeRUn tuner if there isn’t an easy fix.

Easy way to add/hide channels
Page Up/Down on program guide
Color code movies, sports, drama,… in the guide.

Server Version#: 1.27.2.5929

I was able to create the DVR when I removed the ATSC 3.0 stations.
