Error on DVR/Live tv Setup

Hello,
I am new to plex and I was just setting up my DVR with HDHomeRun Prime tuner. I get through all the steps and it finds the tuner and the channels fine and downloads the program guide but on the next step where I choose channels it errors and says Unable to save DVR. I have tried multiple times doing with just one channel and multiple channels checked.

Attached is the error.

Don’t see where you have selected the channel on the left and then selected the appropriate channel from the dropdown list on the right.

I was having the same issue in Internet Explorer. After trying Chrome, it worked without issue.
