Unable to see Channels or plugin installed using webtools

Player Version#:7.5.1
I used webtools to install couple plugin I’m able to see those plugins on media server under plugins but when I log in as a user I’m unable to see or use the plugins, please advise

Sadly, plugins don’t work in official Plex clients anymore. Even in the official webapp most plugins won’t work. Exceptions are metadata agents, and daemon plugins such as Trakt scrobbler.
