Unable to select Network media location for Win 10 server

My network location (ReadyNAS) is mapped as drv M:
When I would like to add media to Plex Server, only drv c: is available.

What am I missing?

  1. Plex server must be started after the drive letter has been assigned to the network share.
  2. If Plex server is running as a system service, it cannot see the drive letter mappings which were made under other Windows user accounts. You will have to use UNC paths instead. How to add files on a NAS to a Plex library on Windows
