Hi
I am trying to set up a plex client on an Nvidia Shield TV Pro, but I am not given the option to log in to Plex. The error message I receive is “an error occurred while attempting to communicate to plex.tv”
I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling Plex and factory resetting the shield, but get the same error message. I also uninstalled Plex from my Android tablet and get the same message now when logging in!?
Is there an issue at the moment? Plex service status looks all good!?
All my logged in clients are fine accessing my media server.
Some support here would be appreciated.
