Unable to share libraries with users via mobile app?

It seems that since the update a couple months ago to the new UX, there is no way to share your library with a user. Previously this could be done from within Settings. Now I have to go to the (desktop version!) browser and do it the long/awkward way.

Am i just missing where it exists in the mobile app now? Or has it truly disappeared?
If so: please add it back!

Yes, it is not in the new app. They’ve said they will be adding back some server management features but haven’t said what or when.
